为更好应对疫情，安省34项限制令延长至9月22日

为帮助政府抑制COVID-19带来的风险和不良影响，确保措施安全实施来保护省民。安省政府表示：根据“重新开放安大略省法案”，以及从当下大流行病的发展趋势来看，安省政府将对一系列应对新冠疫情的限制令延长至9月22日。 副司法部长Sylvia Jones表示：“我们必须在安全的前提下，一步步恢复，同时，应对这场大流行的持续影响。我们会对所有限制令进行持续的评估和审查，以此来确定这些限制令是否必要。并且，将会在安全的前提下，进一步放宽限制或者取消限制。”
在“重新开放安大略省法案”规定下，相关限制令可最多延长30天。以下是被延迟到9月22日的相关限制令：共计34项。 特定医疗服务工作者的工作调动（Work Redeployment for Certain Health Service Providers） 饮用水系统和污水处理工作（Drinking Water Systems and Sewage Works） 电子服务（Electronic Service） RPP消费者的电价（Electricity Price for RPP Consumers） 长期护理院的工作部署措施（Work Deployment Measures in Long-Term Care Homes） 长期护理院的简化要求（Streamlining Requirements for Long-Term Care Homes） 禁止生活必需品哄抬物价（Prohibition on Certain Persons Charging Unconscionable Prices for Sales of Necessary Goods） 卫生委员会的工作部署措施（Work Deployment Measures for Boards of Health） 退休之家的工作部署措施（Work Deployment Measures in Retirement Homes） 为有发育障碍的成年人提供服务的机构（Service Agencies Providing Services and Supports to Adults with Developmental Disabilities and Service Providers Providing Intervenor Services） 遗嘱和授权书中的签名（Signatures in Wills and Powers of Attorney） 警务中使用武力和枪支（Use of Force and Firearms in Policing Services） 临时卫生或住宅设施（Temporary Health or Residential Facilities） 反暴力侵害女性住宿服务和危机热线服务机构的工作部署措施（Work Deployment Measures for Service Agencies Providing Violence Against Women Residential Services and Crisis Line Services） 长期护理之家的工作限制（Limiting Work to a Single Long-Term Care Home） 地区社会服务管理委员会的工作部署措施（Work Deployment Measures for District Social Services Administration Boards） 服务提高机构员工的部署（Deployment of Employees of Service Provider Organizations） 市府工作部署措施（Work Deployment Measures for Municipalities） 退休之家工作限制（Limiting Work to a Single Retirement Home） 心理健康和戒毒所的工作部署措施（Work Deployment Measures for Mental Health and Addictions Agencies） 集体护理设置（Congregate Care Settings） 通过电子健康记录访问个人的健康信息（Access to Personal Health Information by Means of the Electronic Health Record） 特定的可以签发死亡医疗证明的人（Certain Persons Enabled to Issue Medical Certificates of Death） 医院认证流程（Hospital Credentialing Processes） 处理员工有关的COVID-19临时付款（Treatment of Temporary COVID-19 Related Payments to Employees） 长期护理院爆发疫情的管理（Management of Long-Term Care Homes in Outbreak） 养老院爆发疫情的管理（Management of Retirement Homes in Outbreak） 特别规则：大流行时期下临时薪酬（Special Rules Re: Temporary Pandemic Pay） 露台（Patios） 限制令的执行（Enforcement of Orders） 重新开放的阶段（Stages of Reopening） 第一阶段重启区域的规则（Rules for Areas in Stage 1） 第二阶段重启区域的规则（Rules for Areas in Stage 2） 第三阶段重启区域的规则（Rules for Areas in Stage 3） 除此之外，还有两项的限制令在延期范围之外，教育部门的限制令到8月31号截止。暂停的时限将于9月14日恢复。
